How to blossom in Spring

1) Get out in the sun

Unless you've managed to duck off to Bali, Europe, or anywhere else where it's warmer and the sun shines consistently in June, July and August, chances are that you're maybe lacking in some Vitamin D from the best natural source. Fantastic for the skin, (in small doses at least) the sun can brighten anyone's day with it's super powerful rays of light. 2) Get out into nature

We naturally tend to retreat into the indoors over the cooler months.
